Check Out the #1 Guide for
Building Your Own Wind and Solar Energy Generators!

Independent Research For Your
Alternative Home Energy Solutions

Warning - If You Are Looking for a DIY Solar Panel or Home Wind Generator Guide, then Read This Important Message First.

"90% of home energy guides you can find on the internet are complete scams! They tend to be very vague, have unclear instructions, and leave you more confused and frustrated than anything else!"

Since wind and solar energy are extremely powerful and excellent for the environment, it's no wonder why they are the wave of the future. They generate renewable power naturally and in tremendous loads. The both are very abundant resources for natural alternative home energy. As a result, they are very powerful and much safer for the environment. It doesn't hurt that they can also save you lots of money in energy costs.

Don't believe me?

Perhaps you may have heard of the AWEA (American Wind Energy Association) or the ASES (American Solar Energy Society). If not, you can Google google them to learn more.

My point is that using wind and solar resources to generate electricity is a true phenomenon and although the AWEA and ASES more concerned about solving the world energy crisis, that does not mean that everyone else can't harness this amazing technology to help reduce our own home energy expenses. Imagine using environmentally friendly sources of energy to power your home. You can save money on energy bills AND help the future of this planet so it can provide a better tomorrow for our children and grandchildren.  It's something that can truly benefit many of us now as well as for the future.

Up until 2008, it could be very expensive to install solar powered technology or wind turbines for your home. The only true way to harness the power these systems can generate was to install a system which cost anywhere from $2,000 up to $20,000 depending on things like the size of your house or how complex the system is. Sure, you could save thousands over the life of home ownership, but who has that kind of money laying around? I know I don't! And who wants to take out another huge loan equal to a monthly car payment, just to install one of these systems?

Anyone?  I didn't think so...

Luckily for everyone, there have been quite a few do-it-yourself (DIY) home energy guides showing up on the internet. They can teach you how to make your own wind and solar powered energy systems and reduce your energy bills by as much as 80%.

We decided to sit down and see how helpful these new guides really are. Some were good, some really weren't. The points we took into consideration were:

1) How easy it was to read

2) How realistic the cost of building a complete system was

3) How fast you can complete a system

4) And of course, how it actually effected the overall reduction in energy costs.

Overall, the results were pleasantly surprising - the technology does evidently work, and if you use a good guide, you really could be up and running in only a few days.

All sites of the sites recommended below were our top choices because they also offer a 100% money-back guarantee for 60 days after the original purchase date. If you are looking to buy a home energy guide online, we did notice that they seem to honor the guarantee no questions asked, so try one of them and see how it works for you. We've narrowed quite a few of them down. There were a lot of rip off guides out there, but these were the easiest to read, and most realistic to use.

Here are some of the guides that met all of our criteria:

Easy to read and understand - Simple explanations that get right to the point in a way that anyone can learn

Real World Affordability - Less than $600 to buy all materials

Ease of Construction/Installation - Step-by-Step instructions

Reduction in Energy Costs - At least a 50% or better reduction.

Testimonial:

I'm so glad I tried your system. I made my first solar panel this weekend and I wanted to let you know it's awesome. With your diagrams work was a breeze. Only one panel saves me a big chunk of electricity. Next weekend I'll do another one. Most likely with 2 or 3 of these I will be able to eliminate my electric bill for good.

Thank you very much,

The Best Home Energy Guide

Home Made Energy is a great guide that has helped many people reduce energy costs in their home by at least 50%. It's backed up by the most case studies and takes a fun approach to learning how to go "off the grid".

There have been some people who have even completed a whole natural energy generator in about 6 hours, and saving over half of their electric bill. For the people who truly are ready to build their own home energy system, this is a great way guide on how to build a wind or solar energy generator.

The consensus seems to be that it can seem intimidating at fist glance, but the instructions really are laid out very well and will help you find all of the parts you need. There's even a section on how to determine which source would be more effective based on you geographical location and home size.

They also outline how to go "off the grid" and generate surplus where the power company is obliged to pay the homeowner. This of course would typically require more than a couple of generators, maybe much more. To really take advantage of surplus energy would send the cost of the building materials above our budget.

Overall, Home Made Energy seems to be a very effective tool to realistically provide an alternative energy solution. Of course, since both solar and wind energy are natural resources, anyone who really wants to build solar AND wind energy generators could learn to do so by using this guide.

Our Verdict: Easy to follow guide that can get you going with a realistic budget.

Our second pick, Earth4Energy, is written by a renewable energy enthusiast who has done some trial and error and come up with a relatively cost effective guide to building renewable energy generators. With this guide, people have been able to build working generators for less than $200.00 USD.

People using the Earth4Energy method tend to need a couple of generators to get their desired results. If you don't mind building a few extra generators, you could definitely notice the reduction in your energy bill. The outlines for the solar panels have produced some attractive solar panels in particular that look very high-tech and attractive on a home.

There is also a guide on how to acquire special batteries for free in case you DO have the surplus energy and want to store it.

In the end, Earth4Energy costs $39.99 and has quite a few great testimonials from actual readers who have followed the guide through to the end. Although people seem to need to build more than a couple generators to notice some big changes in their energy bill, the testimonials prove that it can be done attractively as well as effectively.

Energy4Green is number three for two reasons. It seems to work very similarly to our 2nd choice's system. The one thing that made it fall short of a tie with that one was that its home page was the most "Salesy" of the three.

It's praised for the content, the relatively easy instructions, and the results. It just didn't have the devoted enthusiast, or consultative feel the other two did. The customer service isn't the best either. Not the worst, but not quite on par with the top two. There seems to be a a lot of cases where support wasn't available right away.

Since it was well written and fairly easy to follow, it's still worth the cost of $49.00 USD. It's a little more than the other two, but offers a guarantee that is honored just as well as the others, so you could see if the way it was written would be a better fit for you.

With that said, people have been able to reduce their energy costs just as much with this as with our number two pick. It also outlines a maintenence schedule to ensure the optimum effectiveness of your equipment. Sometimes it's the little things that really make it work best.
